A change order is any modification to the original project scope, whether due to design adjustments, unforeseen conditions, or additional requests. We communicate all change orders in real time and obtain client approval before proceeding, discussing any impacts on cost or schedule. This keeps you fully informed while ensuring the highest standards of quality and transparency. 

Every project is overseen on-site by a skilled foreman embedded with the crew. The Managing Director maintains constant communication with the foreman and visits each job daily, ensuring seamless oversight, attention to detail, and the highest standards of craftsmanship throughout the project. 

Our payment schedule is designed for clarity and transparency: 30% deposit, 30% at project start, 30% at the halfway milestone, and the final 10% upon your approved walkthrough. Payments are processed securely online via ACH or credit card. If you prefer to pay by check, please contact us directly to make arrangements.
